4-27-13 Hockey thread, picks, info and a whole lot more
First of all I want to thank everyone for posting in the thread this year. It really helps everyone to come here and see who is hot and they back up their picks with what other cappers are taking.
This is a small, but very tight forum. There are dedicated posters here that contribute almost every single day and I thank each and everyone of you from the bottom of my heart.
Minny misses a chance to clinch a playoff spot.Minnesota will enter Saturday's season finale at Colorado tied with Columbus for eighth place in the West, one point behind seventh-place Detroit. Minnesota owns the tiebreaker and can still secure a postseason spot with a win.
If Detroit gets a point in its season finale, Columbus wins and Minnesota loses, the Wild would be eliminated.
I will say it once again, take the dogs where things don't matter for teams now and even it if does you have a team that is in a so called must win and that makes legs tight and the team that has nothing to play for or has a bunch of kids called up are very loose or playing hard for a spot on the team next year.
Take the dogs of +120 or more tonight !!!!!

Let's go with the chalk, as much as I respect your opinion about the dogs barking tonight. Columbus is just on too much of a roll and they still have a legitimate chance of getting in with a win, considering the stinker Minny put in last night.

YTD: 38-30 (+0.5 units) - I'm in positive territory for the first time in awhile! Let's see if I can finish off the reg season on a high note.
Good luck everyone. See you in the playoffs, and at the cashier's window...
