Rider vs Fairfield
PLAY ON: Rider +1.5

2nd round of the MAAC tornament which saw Fairfied have to win yesterday to face Rider today. Fairfield won the previous meeting by 10, but Rider is the hotter team, winners of 7 of their last 8 games to end the season. Statistically, Rider finshed the season outstandingly, hitting 49% from the floor and only giving up 38%. The only thing they don't do well is shoot FT's, which is what is keeping this from a play. Meanwhile, Fairfield has struggled shooting the ball, hitting only 37% from the floor. They are pretty good on defense, giving up 41%, but I like Rider to advance in the MAAC.
