I'm not in the best of shape myself, went through probably as much as you but had some help getting back on my feet. I'm in no shape to help but also in no shape to gamble and I did anyway. Therefore in my bet tonight hits ill gladly pay it forward and help out. Granted in wont be much at all but I know at your stage right now every little bit helps. God bless and keep your head up brother!

got something coming your way from the bay area. i wish i could give more, but the cost of living out here as you can imagine is retarded.

my 2 month old daughters name is Paige as well. I hate to see anyone in this situation and even more so with such a young child. i haven't been on this forum long and I have no idea who you are, but i've made money off people from this site that know you well and that's good enough for me. please let me know if you ever need clothes, diapers, bottles, etc...i'll always be glad to help.

I would vouch for you any hour of the day Mike. :)

No money here either. I'm in a slight war to have "Myoclonus" recognized as a disease.

However, I can help with Mystery shopping if you wish. The phone call is on me.

I will not go into sleep myoclonus too much. You do not want it.

That is all I can say. Easy to look up.

So what I did, I started mystery shopping. I cannot do much in winter in my part of Canada, but people who can drive do make about 20K to 30K a year. I bike as much as I can, in summer and spring. So I bike to the shops.

I make $200 a month doing it in summer. I am also going blind. I am in a slight bind right now, I just want the disability recognized, and am fighting to the end.

I may lose. If I do lose, I am going back to drinking, and no more legal drugs.

Serious!!! Those legal tranquilizers are much worse than beer! At least I can work with a mild hangover. lol!

(I will work for G.M. Every car has spare screws. So if I forget to put one in somewhere, no one notices. I learned this by taking cars apart. You put it back together, spare parts! I love cars...).

The bug is, you do not get paid for at least a month, mystery shopping.

Here is a sample shop in Canada.

"Day to Day Banking: Looking to open up a chequing or savings account on a Sunday"
Due: 2012-11-25 10:00 PM | Pay Rate: 30.00 CAD"

---

The spelling error is not mine! lol!

Look at it this way, in two months, you get some money.

Winter is no good for me, as I do not drive. I am trying some other things as well. User testing pays me about $30 a month. (It all adds up).

I am going to do one with a web cam. Pays about $200 a month.

I am part Scottish, so I am signed up for lots of free stuff.

Ok, I'm a cheap bastard. lol!

I stopped trading, until all is settled.

All I want is a day job, with a big screen I can read! Not so easy to find at fifty-two. : )

Sleep myoclonus, is a disease, where you stop breathing, once you enter the REM state of sleeping. It also has a tremendous amount of twitching, so your day is ruined. Sleep does not exist. It is part of the Parkinson's disease family, and epilepsy.

You are outstanding in your honesty Mike. And you have a lovely family. God loves ya, this I am sure of. : )

We all have these personal wars, that interfere with our dreams. We must fight, tougher than most. I know this is why we are traders and sports gamblers.

You call NFL like no one can. All that aside, trading aside, we do need to live correctly, and get rid of our nemesis, no matter what it is.

If things go well, I may help you out in January. I have to really watch my cash, because I took a huge wager, to get "Myoclonus" recognized. I bet my small fortune on it.

It is important to me. Other people have it. Maybe the road will be easier for them in a future time. It is so misunderstood, five doctors I have met and a lawyer, never heard of it.

I know how to pick them! lol

Ok, just read. You like it or you do not.

You want shops, where you do not pay for anything.

Or need to purchase anything.

http://www.mysteryshopforum.com/

And you can do phone shops from home. I have not really looked a lot, but they do exist. I got screwed over by one company, and stopped. I was making like $20 an hour. And it went to $5 an hour. The bad is always in there somewhere...

I think of it all as multiple streams of income. Small amounts, but they do pay my bills.

Just have a quick look, and if it is something you like, let me know. I wrote a whole guide on it! I was giving it away to people, just to help them out. I just wanted to make a local club, and share ideas with people.

And check this out. Very nice people, if you hit a good chapter.

http://trashnothing.com/g/United_States/Texas/Houston

I hope this helps a bit Mike. You may meet people through the trash nothing group as well. Contacts if you will.

I gave a guy a heart monitor. My heart is fine. Still ticking. He lost all his money, in the last few years, stocks. His house, everything. I think he loaded up on Blackberry, he would not go into detail.

So he had a bad heart, and I had a heart monitor doing nothing. That is what trash nothing is all about. People just give away, what they do not need. I have seen free furniture, washers, dryers, freezers, a side of beef, you name it!

Ok, no rockets from NASA, but close. : )

It is a recycle group mostly. You do not get trash. It just people who would rather give stuff away, than trash it. Nifty idea!

All these things will help a little, but they do take up time. I am Ok with time. But it is not for everyone. : )

Love you guys, I will respond to all of you in a bit. Up with the kinda sick baby, she has a cold. She is not happy but I do not want to alarm anyone, she went to the doc and has meds.

Either way, thank you all so much. I peeped at the emails also, thanks for that too. I actually feel we are going to be fine for the first time in a long time thanks to the wonderful folks here.

THANKS!

Thanks Herb!

Sorry guys, have not had time today to do anything. AC/HEATER went out last night, landlord going to fix tomorrow. Had to chase baby around all day, she is finally feeling better it seems. I just feel lucky that she is almost 11 months and this is her first illness.

I am just looking at the scores, ouch. Need some comebacks.

I will be back and thank you all so very much.

Ok, I think I sent emails to everyone that I have an email address for that helped our family out. I do see the paypal donations and thank you doubled, nxt2g and stevinator for those.

If I missed you I am so sorry but I love you just the same and thank you just as much. Every penny will go to rent and survival.

I spent half the night lying in bed thinking about you guys and how lucky we are to have this help. I am so thankful to have such a great group of people in my lives.

PS- If this somehow sounds stupid please forgive me, I am really tired and it is very hard to thank you guys enough with my words.

I gotta say this to you guys as a whole.

I hardly ever get emotional. I try to be the tough guy for all the ladies around me (4 daughters, a wife and a sister). Funny thing, the last couple days, reading your messages and seeing your donations, my chest keeps getting this flip floppy feeling and my eyes keep getting red and watery.

Just saying...

Do you have a CDL?

Can you get a CDL?

I can put you in contact with a company or two looking to hire drivers on the spot for $20-$25/hour with 80-90 hours a week guaranteed. PM me for info. There is work out there for you if you are willing to go to it. They do provide housing, per diem, etc.

do NOT take this the wrong way. I am here to help. But i have a few questions.

1. If you are struggling so much, why are you on the internet giving out picks recently?

2. If you are struggling so much, how are you affording internet? My suggestion would be to cut everything you can.

3. How often are you looking for work? I understand you may be over-qualified, but in the interim, you can find work daily in Houston, easy that pays at least $100/day.

4. How many employment agencies have you registered with?

5. If you are already employed, are you seeking a 2nd or 3rd job? If not, you should be.

Just in my personal opinion you should be spending every free second you have looking for additional sources of steady income. Asking on here is ok in a major bind, but your previous time spent on here recently posting picks would be better spent looking for employment or additional employment.

FEDEX & dingleberry

Mr Ramsey is on disability and can not work. His wife has recently gotten ill and lost her job. They have 4 children at home. Him looking for a job is not the issue. He is posting plays for the benefit of helping the Den members who help him. He does not wager himself anymore. He just needs some help in the short term until his spouse can get back to work, so canceling Internet doesn't really help them at this time.

I am on disability and was once in a tough spot. I know where he is and am thankful I am now in a spot to help.
