I have one play for tonight's opening slate.

Buffalo +32, 2.5 units

Buffalo had a much improved ATS record last year (6-4-1), and I remember 2 or 3 years ago this game would have been Rutgers -10 or 11 in the same scenario. Buffalo managed to keep it within range against Auburn last year, losing 38-7 on the road to an SEC opponent late in the season. Rutgers is coming off an improbable season and many people are looking at them to take the next step. They may, but that next step is not going to be more than a 32 point win tonight. There is a rather large gap in SEC Teams and Big East teams, so if Buff can keep it close in Auburn, Piscataway should be no more than a 3 td gap.
